Homemaker for New Professionals Training 

This self-paced course prepares you to work as a professional Homemaker. You will learn essential skills such as how to prepare to work with new consumers, apply effective communication strategies, safely prepare meals, and understand how body systems function. In addition, you will gain knowledge to successfully provide person-centered care while caring for your own well-being! The course is comprised of video-based lessons, knowledge-check activities, and assessments. Upon completion of the end-of-module assessments with a score of 80% or more, you will be awarded a Certificate of Completion. The estimated time to complete this course is about 25-35 hours. No prior experience is required.
